Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif has broken her silence regarding the intense social media trolling and body shaming she faced following the birth of her son last November.
Speaking publicly for the first time on the matter at an event in London celebrating the anniversary of her cosmetic brand, Katrina addressed the online negativity surrounding her postpartum body changes.
Reflecting on the scrutiny—which previously drew strong public support from film industry colleagues including Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Sameera Reddy, and Soundarya Rajinikanth—the actress emphasized that self-worth should never be dictated by internet commentary.
"Judging your self-worth by what people on social media are saying or what narrative is being created is completely wrong," Katrina stated. She noted that letting negative comments dictate one's life would lead to stagnation and fear, urging fans to act as their own biggest cheerleaders through every changing stage of life.
