Johannesburg's Wanderers Stadium, chosen to host the 2027 ICC ODI World Cup final.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has officially unveiled the schedule and venue allocations for the 2027 Men's ODI World Cup, set to be co-hosted by South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia across 12 venues from October 2 to November 21, 2027.

Johannesburg’s iconic Wanderers Stadium has been named as the venue for the final on November 21, as well as the marquee Group A clash between arch-rivals India and Pakistan on October 10. The tournament will launch on October 7 at Newlands in Cape Town with a high-stakes Group A opener featuring Australia and India.

Divided into two groups of six, Group A features India, Australia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Zimbabwe, and a qualifier. Group B consists of Bangladesh, England, South Africa, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and a qualifier. Bangladesh will begin their campaign on October 8 against England in Windhoek, Namibia, followed by fixtures against New Zealand, Sri Lanka, South Africa, and Qualifier B. The top three teams from each group, along with the higher-ranked fourth-placed side, will advance to the Super Seven stage leading into the knockout rounds.
