Apex Spinning and Apex Foods Declare 20% Cash Dividend for FY2025-26
The Dhaka Stock Exchange building in Motijheel, where Apex Spinning and Apex Foods formally filed their FY2025-26 corporate earning results and dividend recommendations on Monday.

Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) listed entities Apex Spinning & Knitting Mills Limited and Apex Foods Limited announced a 20 percent cash dividend for their shareholders for the financial year 2025-26 on Monday (October 5, 2026).

According to regulatory filings with the DSE, Apex Spinning reported an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of BDT 3.38 for FY2025-26, reflecting a 6 percent decline compared to BDT 3.60 recorded in FY2024-25. The company’s Net Asset Value Per Share (NAVPS) adjusted to BDT 78.81 from BDT 83.11 in the preceding fiscal year. Apex Spinning management attributed the EPS and NAVPS contraction primarily to deferred tax calculations arising from employee service benefit obligations. Conversely, Apex Foods Limited registered robust financial performance, with its EPS surging by 122 percent to BDT 14.21 for FY2025-26, up from BDT 6.41 in FY2024-25, driven by significant revenue expansion. Apex Foods' NAVPS experienced a corresponding rise to BDT 241.97 from BDT 126.05. Both companies have set October 27, 2026, as the record date, with annual general meetings (AGM) scheduled for November 26, 2026, to seek formal shareholder approval for the dividend declarations and financial statements.
