Allegations of house vandalization, looting, and land grabbing have surfaced over a land dispute in Radhakantapur village of Atghoria. The victims have additionally alleged the looting of cash and gold ornaments, along with the felling of trees.

In connection with the incident, attacks by opponents left Sekendar Ali, Rafiqul Islam (Omio), and Lovli Khatun injured. Victim Sekendar Ali lodged a written complaint at the Atghoria Police Station as the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, a long-standing dispute regarding homestead land had been ongoing between Sekendar Ali and his neighbor Habibur Rahman in Radhakantapur village. Amidst this dispute, at around 11:45 AM on the day of the incident, Habibur and his cohorts arrived armed with country weapons and sticks, forcibly occupying Sekendar Ali's homestead land, enclosing it with tin fencing, and planting various saplings.

When Sekendar rushed to the scene upon receiving news and forbade them, Habibur's gang turned aggressive. According to the General Diary (GD), a scuffle ensued over the issue, and they were subjected to indiscriminate kicking, punching, and beating, resulting in injuries.
