
Obaidur Rahman Shaheen, Editor of Daily Jonota and President of the Bangladesh Federal Union of Journalists (BFUJ), visited the Parbatipur Press Club in Dinajpur. On Friday evening, he paid a courtesy visit and engaged in an interactive discussion meeting with journalists at the Parbatipur Press Club.
During the exchange, discussions revolved around various aspects of journalism, professional responsibilities, the diverse challenges faced by local journalists, and the current state of the mass media, while local journalists shared their professional experiences.
Later, on behalf of the Parbatipur Press Club, BFUJ President Obaidur Rahman Shaheen was honored with a crest of recognition. Parbatipur Press Club President Mahfuzul Islam Ripon, General Secretary Abdullah Al Mamun, and other members and journalists of the press club were present during the event. The cordial discussion session also focused on enhancing mutual communication among journalists and addressing professional matters.
