
The Joint Changeover Ceremony 2026 of the International Apex Club's Rangpur, Dinajpur, Gaibandha, and Begum Rokeya branches was held in Shathibari, Mithapukur Upazila, Rangpur. The event took place on Saturday (October 10), with Mithapukur Press Club President Sheikh Sadi Sarkar attending as the chief guest, and former Apex Bangladesh National President Apexian Ruhul Moin Chowdhury as the special guest.
Other prominent attendees included Bangladesh Jewellers Association Mithapukur Upazila Secretary Md. Mahbubur Rahman Elan, Shathibari Kachari Jami Masjid Khatib Mufti Maulana Belal Hossain, and Apex Club of Dhaka President Apexian Nurul Kader Chowdhury. The event was conducted by District Governor-7 (Rangpur) Engineer Moksudar Rahman Mithu.
During the speeches, Apexian Ruhul Moin Chowdhury highlighted that Apex is an Australian-based international service organization dedicated to human values, leadership development, and supporting disadvantaged people through blood donation drives, educational opportunities, food distribution, winter clothing, and disaster relief. District Governor-7 Engineer Moksudar Rahman Mithu elaborated on the ongoing community and humanitarian services provided by the club and administered the oath to the newly formed committees of the Rangpur, Dinajpur, Gaibandha, and Begum Rokeya branches, while presenting them with club pins, jewels, and the 2026 directory.
