A primary school headmaster named Manoranjan Roy (55) died during a clash between two parties following a family dispute in Parbatipur, Dinajpur. The victim was a resident of Malipara, Choksukdebpur under Isabpur Union in Chirirbandar Upazila, and served as the headmaster of Choksukdebpur Government Primary School.
The incident occurred around 2:30 PM on Sunday (October 25) at Naya Mollapara village in Belaichandi Union under Parbatipur Upazila.
Police reported that after being alerted via the national emergency hotline 999, officers reached the scene and recovered the body. According to locals, the teacher suddenly fell ill following the violent altercation, leading to suspicions that he suffered a heart attack. Legal proceedings and the filing of a case at the local police station are currently underway.
