Speaking as the chief guest at the 'Meha O Srijon Utshab-2026' cultural and prize-giving ceremony at the Mirpur Girls' Ideal Laboratory Institute on Saturday, October 31, 2026, the State Minister and Dhaka-13 MP outlined comprehensive reforms for primary education. "We are working to create classroom environments where students can learn while playing," Minister Hajjaj stated. "Alongside designated play spaces, we plan to provide curriculum-compatible educational toys that will empower teachers to deliver lessons in a simpler and more joyful manner."

Highlighting holistic student development, the State Minister detailed plans to expand sports—including football, cricket, martial arts, and badminton—as well as cultural activities such as music, poetry, and drama. Furthermore, to strengthen STEM education, the government will widen participation in Math and Science Olympiads while introducing future competitive events in robotics, programming, and artificial intelligence (AI) to build tech-savvy young innovators. The event concluded with the distribution of prizes to winning students, in the presence of school administrators, teachers, and local educational stakeholders from Mirpur and Pallabi.
