The case, originally filed in 2025 by Aminul Islam, admin of the online fashion portal 'Aponia', alleges that Tisha failed to fulfill promotional commitments or pay for the attire before severing communication. Police Detective Branch (DB) submitted an investigation report confirming initial grounds, prompting a court summons issued on July 12. Tisha, who previously secured bail on August 13, maintained that the delay in posting photos was caused by her film shooting commitments rather than intentional deception, pledging her full faith in the judicial process to clear her name.
