Mezbaur Rahman Sumon's second feature film, 'Roid' (Sunlight), has been officially selected for the prestigious 'Emerging Filmmakers' section at India's largest and oldest film festival, the 57th International Film Festival of India (IFFI), hosted in Goa.
The festival authorities released the official selection list for the section on Sunday, November 1, 2026. The 57th edition of IFFI Goa is scheduled to inaugurate on November 20, 2026.
