Mamitha Baiju Reaches Peak Success at 25 as Consecutive Blockbusters Cross 900 Crore Rupees
Actress Mamitha Baiju celebrates her recent box office success following three major South Indian film releases.

South Indian actress Mamitha Baiju has emerged as one of the most bankable stars in regional cinema following an unprecedented box office run that saw three of her feature releases collectively surpass 900 crore rupees over August and September.

At just 25 years old, the Kerala-born actress achieved monumental commercial success across Tamil and Malayalam film industries. Her streak began with H. Vinoth's Tamil action drama Jana Nayagan starring Thalapathy Vijay and Pooja Hegde, which grossed over 320 crore rupees worldwide. This was swiftly followed by Venky Atluri's romantic family drama Viswanath & Sons alongside Suriya, generating over 250 crore rupees globally. Shortly after, Girish A.D.'s Malayalam romantic comedy Bethlehem Kudumba Unit, co-starring Nivin Pauly, shattered industry records by grossing approximately 330 crore rupees to become the highest-grossing Malayalam film in cinema history. Having debuted as a child artist in the 2016 Malayalam film Pavada, Baiju gained critical acclaim with Kho Kho before rising to stardom in the 2024 blockbuster Premalu, cementing her position as a lead box-office attraction.
