Continuing its relentless drive to take Bangladeshi cinema onto the global stage, leading production banner SVF Alpha-I Entertainment Ltd has officially announced its next major feature film project titled 'Khalnayak'. The psychological thriller marks the feature film directorial debut of acclaimed creator Vicky Zahed.
The film boasts a powerhouse pairing of two of Bangladesh's most celebrated actors, Afran Nisho and Chanchal Chowdhury, alongside popular actress Toma Mirza in the female lead. The stellar cast also features a distinguished ensemble of veteran and popular actors, including Shahiduzzaman Selim, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Intekhab Dinar, Suman Anwar, Gazi Rakayet, Bijori Barkatullah, Sohel Mondol, Tushar Khan, and Sentu, with popular Tollywood actress Priyanka Sarkar making a special appearance from Kolkata. To ensure world-class visual aesthetics, renowned cinematographer Subhankar Bhar and acclaimed Indian production designer Shivaji Pal have joined the technical team.

Producer Mahendra Soni (Chairman, SVF Alpha-I) and Managing Director Shahriar Shakil highlighted that the film is a major milestone in their mission to elevate Bengali cinema internationally. Lead actors Afran Nisho and Chanchal Chowdhury expressed immense excitement over working together in such a gripping, character-driven narrative. Khalnayak also marks the maiden collaboration between SVF Alpha-I and Hoichoi Studios, with official release dates and promotional content scheduled to be announced soon.
