In observance of the upcoming National Safe Road Day 2026, the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) Dhaka District Circle conducted a student-focused road safety awareness seminar at Digital Lab School and College in Keraniganj on Sunday (October 11, 2026).

Organized as part of BRTA's month-long awareness campaign leading up to National Safe Road Day on October 22, the seminar operated under the official theme, "Nirapad Shorok Shomriddho Desh, Shobar Age Bangladesh" (Safe Roads, Prosperous Country, Bangladesh First). Students and teachers actively participated in discussions covering road accident prevention, responsible pedestrian behavior, proper road crossing techniques, passenger awareness, driver duties, and strict adherence to traffic laws. Speakers also highlighted the significance of improved road design and infrastructure management in lowering traffic fatalities. Key speakers at the event included Assistant Director of BRTA Dhaka District Circle Md. Abdullah Al Mamun, along with motor vehicle inspectors, traffic police officials, and senior faculty members of Keraniganj Digital Lab School and College.
