Khoybor Rahman, the event highlighted the municipality's commitment to inclusive civic support. In his address, Administrator Abdus Salam underscored national unity, stating that the primary identity of all citizens remains Bangladeshi. He assured community leaders that DSCC will undertake emergency civic maintenance prior to the festival, including repairing streetlights, clearing drainage networks, and deploying special sanitation crews around all puja venues. Additionally, DSCC will activate a 24-hour central control room at Nagar Bhaban three days prior to the main festivities to manage emergency services. Mahanagar Sarbajanin Puja Committee President Gopal Chandra Debnath commended the city corporation's initiative, emphasizing that the recognition and hospitality extended to mandap representatives elevated the festive spirit across the capital.
