Dhobaura Thana Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shafikul Islam has been selected as the best Officer-in-Charge (OC) in Mymensingh district. He was chosen for this recognition during the district police's monthly crime review meeting for August on Thursday, in acknowledgment of his special role in controlling the law and order situation, conducting anti-drug drives, preventing smuggling, arresting warrant-listed accused, and unearthing clues in various important cases.

Since taking charge at Dhobaura Police Station, police under OC Shafikul Islam's leadership have been regularly conducting drives to suppress drugs, smuggling, and crime. Additionally, the activities of the Dhobaura police have been significantly intensified to ensure general public security and maintain a normal law and order situation.
