A colorful procession and rally were held in Bogura marking the 48th founding anniversary of Bangladesh Nationalist Jubodal. On Tuesday (October 27), the programs commenced with a rally at the Mohammad Ali Hospital ground in the metropolis. Afterward, a vibrant procession was brought out under the initiative of the district Jubodal, featuring massive participation of leaders and activists from the district and various units.
Bogura District BNP President and Bogura-6 (Sadar) Constituency Member of Parliament Rezaul Karim Badsha attended as the chief guest at the rally. Presided over by District Jubodal President Jahangir Alam and conducted by General Secretary Abu Hasan, leaders from various tiers of the BNP and Jubodal delivered speeches.
Chief guest Rezaul Karim Badsha stated in his speech that Jubodal is one of BNP's most vital associate organizations. The role of the youth in movements establishing democracy and human rights is immensely crucial. Organization leaders and activists must remain united, stand by the people, and render organizational activities more dynamic.
He noted that the core objective of politics is ensuring people's welfare. To earn public trust, leaders and activists must maintain responsible conduct, discipline, and public engagement. He expressed hope that the anniversary events will bolster organizational unity and strength.
Special guests at the rally included Bogura City Corporation Administrator M.R. Islam Swadhin, District Council Administrator A.K.M. Ahsanul Tayeb Zakir, former District BNP General Secretary Fazlul Bari Talukder Belal, Zainal Abedin Chand, Ali Azgar Talukder Hena, District BNP Organizing Secretary Shahid Un Nabi Salam, and Khairul Bashar. Former District Jubodal Convener Khademul Islam Khadem alongside various tiers of BNP and Jubodal leaders were also present.
Following the rally, carrying party flags, banners, and festoons, the procession paraded through various thoroughfares of the metropolis, drawing participation from units across 25 districts. A festive atmosphere and widespread enthusiasm were observed among leaders and activists surrounding the anniversary.
