BNP Standing Committee Member and former DUCSU VP Amanullah Aman has declared that no fleeing fascist force has ever been able to return to power in history, assuring that the conscious citizens of Bangladesh will thwart all artificial crises and political conspiracies on the streets.
Addressing a discussion meeting as chief guest at the Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU) Shafiqul Kabir Auditorium in Segunbagicha on Wednesday afternoon (October 14, 2026), Amanullah Aman honored the 3rd death anniversary of Shaheed Saifuddin Ahmed Moni, a key architect of the 1990 All-Party Student Unity and former President of Democratic Chhatra League. Organized by the 'Bangladesh Youth Forum' under the chairmanship of Saifur Rahman, the meeting brought together veteran student leaders from the 1990 anti-autocracy movement. Aman stated that under the visionary leadership of BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman, the nation is moving forward on the path of democracy.
Ahead of the upcoming Sharadiya Durga Puja, the senior BNP leader issued a stern warning against provocative plots. Emphasizing the slogan "Religion belongs to individuals, festivals belong to all," he announced that following Tarique Rahman's directives, BNP leaders and activists across the country will stand guard beside Hindu devotees in three 8-hour shifts daily to ensure a safe and festive environment. The event was also addressed by BNP Chairperson’s Advisor Habibur Rahman Habib, Joint Secretary General Khairul Kabir Khokun, Advisor Nazim Uddin Alam, and Alliance Coordinator Fariduzzaman Farhad.
