The coaching setups for all six participating franchises in Bangladesh's newly structured domestic cricket tournament, the D3 Trophy, were officially finalized on Tuesday (September 29, 2026) following the completion of the management draft.
During the draft proceedings, Blue Star secured the first pick and appointed Sohel Islam as their head coach. Acme Group selected Rajin Saleh, while Citizen Group recruited Mizanur Rahman Babul. Fortune Group signed veteran tactician Mohammad Salahuddin, Seven Rings Cement appointed Talha Jubair, and Walton Group selected former national spinner Abdur Razzak.
