Even at 41 years of age, Cristiano Ronaldo continues to defy football age as he chases the historic milestone of 1,000 professional career goals. Behind his legendary stamina and peak athletic condition is a famously disciplined lifestyle and nutritional regimen. While fans are well aware that he avoids fried foods, sugar, and alcohol, one major omission from his plate often surprises people: milk and all dairy products.
According to his former private chef, Giorgio Barone, Ronaldo completely avoids milk because humans are the only species that consume milk from other animals into adulthood. Explaining Ronaldo's philosophy to Covers, Barone stated: "Milk is not included at all. Humans are the only animals that drink another animal's milk. No other animal continues to drink milk after three months... Only humans drink milk at 30, 40, 50, and 60 years old. Drinking milk for a long time is contrary to nature. That is why Ronaldo does not keep milk or dairy products in his diet."
