Four DSE-Listed Companies Declare Cash Dividends for FY 2025–26
The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) in Motijheel, Dhaka, where four listed companies announced cash dividends for FY 2025–26 on Sunday.

Four companies listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE)—Olympic Industries, GQ Ball Pen, Simtex Industries, and Doreen Power Generation—have officially declared cash dividends for their general shareholders for the 2025–26 financial year following board meetings.

According to notifications disclosed by the DSE on Sunday (October 11, 2026), Olympic Industries leads the announcements with the highest payout of a 35 percent cash dividend. The company reported an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of BDT 10.00 and a Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of BDT 69.35 as of June 30. Its Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for November 30, with a record date of November 4.

Doreen Power declared a 15 percent cash dividend for general shareholders, reporting an EPS of BDT 5.03 and an NAV per share of BDT 57.12; its AGM will be held on December 24, with a record date of November 12. GQ Ball Pen announced a 12.50 percent cash dividend with an EPS of BDT 0.12 and an NAV per share of BDT 143.60, setting its AGM for November 30 and record date for November 4. Meanwhile, Simtex Industries recommended an 11 percent cash dividend for general shareholders (and 7 percent for sponsors/directors), reporting an EPS of BDT 1.25 and an NAV per share of BDT 22.72; its AGM is set for December 17, with a record date of November 5.
