The Rangpur unit of Jubo Dal organized a protest procession and rally on Tuesday (September 22) against conspiracies to destabilize the country through planned terrorism. At noon, the District Jubo Dal brought out a protest procession from the party office at Grand Hotel Mor, which paraded through major city roads before concluding at the party office. The rally was addressed by Central Jubo Dal Vice-President Nazmul Alam Naju, District Jubo Dal Acting Member Secretary Shah Zillur Rahman James, and others.
Subsequently, the Metropolitan Jubo Dal brought out another protest procession from the party office, which marched through important city roads and gathered at the Town Hall premises. Presided over by Metropolitan Jubo Dal Convenor Nurunnabi Chowdhury Milon, the rally was addressed by Metropolitan BNP Member Secretary and City Corporation Administrator Adv. Mahfuz-un-Nabi Don, Metropolitan Jubo Dal Senior Vice-President Zahir Alam Nayan, and Member Secretary Atikul Islam Lenin.
Speakers at the programs stated that the people of Bangladesh have entrusted the current government with running the country through elections, and the administration is actively working on socio-economic development. However, an vested group is attempting to deliberately destabilize the nation by spreading misinformation to undermine these positive initiatives, alongside activities by the banned Awami League. They stressed that people and political parties must unite to thwart any groups obstructing the country's progress.
