The Cox's Bazar district committee of the Bangladesh National Journalists Association Trust has been approved for a one-year term consisting of 29 members. The committee was approved on September 24, 2026, under memo number 249/2026, with an effective tenure from September 1, 2026, to September 1, 2027.

The newly formed committee is led by Didarul Islam Kajol as President, H.M. Aman as Senior Vice-President, and Engineer Hafizur Rahman Khan as General Secretary. Other prominent office-bearers include Vice-Presidents Mohammad Ayaz Rabi, Arafat Chowdhury, Nurul Islam Selim, Hosain Sharif Sohel, A.H.M. Zainal Abedin, Nurul Alam, and Abdullah Al Farhad; Joint General Secretaries Kofil Uddin, Iqbal Hasan, Farhad Uddin Mizba, and Salauddin; Jamshedul Islam as Organizing Secretary and Azhar Hossain as Assistant Organizing Secretary. Additionally, Romena Akhter serves as Women Affairs Editor, Iqbal Hossain as Finance Editor, Suyaiful Haque as Assistant Finance Editor, Swapan Dey as Office Editor, Md. Islam Sikdar as Publicity Editor, Ashfaq Uddin Arafat as Assistant Publicity Editor, and Saimum Sarwar as Sports Editor. The executive members of the committee are Shah Sohel Md. Sumon, Mohammad Kefayet Ullah, Ekramul Haque, Mohammad Nurul Islam Shoken, Mohammad Abdullah, and Delkaman Islam.
