Nail-Biting Midnight Police Raid in Narail: Three Active Easy-Bike Thieves Arrested, Stolen Vehicles Recovered
Inspector (Investigation) Ajay Kumar Kundu driving a recovered stolen easy-bike to Narail Sadar Police Station following the successful midnight raid.

In a midnight drive, Narail Sadar Police Station arrested three active members of an easy-bike theft syndicate and recovered four stolen easy-bikes, a stolen Pulsar motorcycle, and a large quantity of stolen easy-bike spare parts.

Following instructions from Additional Superintendent of Police Mustafizur Rahman, a smart police team led by Inspector (Investigation) Ajay Kumar Kundu—comprising SI Sagar Shikdar, SI Sukanta Biswas, SI Liton, SI Moinuzzaman, and SI Md. Rafiqul Islam—conducted the raid late Thursday (October 29) night.

During the operation, police arrested Mirajul Islam alias Miraj Molla (a discharged army member), son of Md. Tokam Molla; Shabuj Molla, son of Md. Nawsher Molla; and Rifayet Molla, son of Md. Likul Molla, all hailing from Uttar Para in Bashgram Union.

According to police sources, the raid initially targeted Mirajul Islam's residence, where one stolen easy-bike, one Pulsar motorcycle, and various stolen parts were recovered. Acting on information provided by Miraj, officers raided Shabuj's house and seized another easy-bike. Based on further admissions from Miraj and Shabuj, police then raided Rifayet's home in the same village, recovering two more easy-bikes along with a vast quantity of easy-bike parts.

Following the raid, Inspector Ajay Kumar Kundu personally drove one of the recovered easy-bikes back to the police station alongside his team, demonstrating heroic dedication in a video that has since gone viral on social media.

Police disclosed that members of this theft syndicate alter the color of stolen easy-bikes within five minutes of taking possession and erase and modify motorcycle chassis numbers before selling them through various syndicate channels.

Confirming the arrests, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Narail Sadar Police Station, Russel Sarwar, stated that three active members of the theft ring were apprehended along with four easy-bikes, one Pulsar motorcycle, and extensive spare parts. The process of sending the accused to court is currently underway.
