A doa and milad mahfil was organized by the Pirojpur District BNP at the district party office on Monday afternoon (October 19, 2026) to pray for the speedy recovery and good health of Principal Alamgir Hossain, former convener of Pirojpur District BNP, central executive committee member, and district council administrator. The gathering was attended by district BNP convener Nazrul Islam Khan, member secretary Saidul Islam Kismat, district BNP member Advocate Abul Kalam Akon, district Jatiyatabadi Sramik Dal president Abdus Salam Baten, along with leaders and activists from various party and affiliated organizations.
Speakers at the short discussion session recalled Principal Alamgir Hossain's political contributions and urged party members to remain united in establishing public rights. The event concluded with a special munajat praying for his health, longevity, and recovery, as well as for the welfare of the country and the prosperity of the BNP.
