The meeting took place on Saturday morning (October 10) at the Ishwardi Police Station auditorium. The event was chaired by Ishwardi Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Ashadur Rahman, with Additional Superintendent of Police (Ishwardi Circle) Pranab Kumar attending as the chief guest.

Special guests included Traffic Police Inspector Abdul Al Mahmud and Ishwardi Police Station Inspector (Investigation) Jamal Uddin. Also in attendance were Upazila Puja Udjapan Committee President Sunil Chakraborty, General Secretary Milan Karmakar, Ishwardi Barowari Temple Committee President Swapan Kumar Kundu, and representatives from various puja mandap committees across the upazila.
