Pirojpur-1 Member of Parliament Alhaj Masud Sayedee remarked that the teachings of the Quran enrich individuals with knowledge, morality, and human values, bringing them honor across the globe. He noted that the late Allama Delwar Hossain Sayedee earned global acclaim through his devotion to and practice of Quranic teachings.

He made these remarks as the chief guest at the prize-giving ceremony of the Annual Sports and Cultural Competition 2026 at Darul Quran Female Alim Madrasa in Pirojpur. The event was presided over by Madrasa Principal Muha. Mohiuddin. Special guests included District Jamaat Secretary Zohirul Islam, former Principal of Pirojpur Female College Abdul Latif Talukdar, and Pourashava Jamaat Amir Maulana Ishaq Ali Khan.

In his address, Masud Sayedee encouraged students to pursue general education, moral character building, discipline, and creative skills alongside Quranic studies. He emphasized that education should not be limited to good exam results, but should aim to build individuals rich in character and human values. Following the speech, guests distributed prizes to the winning students across various competitive events.
