Indian television and film actress Hina Khan, who has been battling breast cancer, recently shared the emotional backstory behind her spontaneous wedding to longtime partner Rocky Jaiswal. Appearing on Sania Mirza’s new chat show, Hina revealed that the couple tied the knot on June 4, 2025, on the rooftop of her Mumbai residence with absolutely no prior planning.
After dating for 13 to 14 years since first meeting on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (where Hina starred as Akshara and Rocky worked in production), Hina faced severe health challenges following her cancer diagnosis. Reflecting on the uncertainty of life, Hina told Rocky, "Given my physical condition, I don't know what tomorrow will bring. So either you move on and marry whoever you want, or you marry me right now." Rocky immediately agreed, and the couple formalized their union in less than 15 minutes.
