Abhijit Dipke, founder of the Gen-Z youth movement Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), has predicted that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led NDA government will fall in India's upcoming 2029 Lok Sabha elections, urging citizens to prepare for a democratic transition of power.
According to reports by the Press Trust of India (PTI) on Saturday, November 7, 2026, Dipke made the prediction while addressing a protest rally in New Delhi organized against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of voter lists.

Recounting his recent detention alongside party colleagues Sourav Das and Ashutosh Rankar for carrying the Indian Tricolour at Jantar Mantar, Dipke drew sharp parallels between the current regime and British colonial rule, asserting that the government was trying to suppress youth dissent. The protest event, which followed a march led by actor Prakash Raj from Marine Drive to Rajendra Maidan, drew large crowds of youth and cultural leaders demanding independent electoral institutions.
