To further institutionalize parliamentary engagement on interfaith tolerance, the delegation proposed establishing a 'Parliamentary Caucus on Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB)' within the Bangladesh National Parliament. Welcoming the proposal, Deputy Speaker Barrister Kaisar Kamal affirmed that Bangladesh constitutionally guarantees equal rights and freedom of worship to every citizen without any distinction of minority or majority. He emphasized that the current parliament actively values diverse voices, striving to build a peaceful and inclusive nation.
