Indian High Commission simplifies visa application process

To make the Indian visa application process easier in Bangladesh, the Indian High Commission in Dhaka has simplified the structure of the visa undertaking form. As a result, applicants will be able to fill out the necessary documents easily on their own, reducing dependency on agents.

In a message on Friday (November 6), the Indian High Commission in Dhaka stated that the revised and simplified form was uploaded to the Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC) website about three weeks ago.

Through the new form, applicants will be able to easily understand and fill in the required information. Additionally, a standardized format will be followed for all types of visa applications, maintaining uniformity during submission.

The initiative by the High Commission aims to make the visa application process simpler, more comfortable, and applicant-friendly. However, no new conditions for visa eligibility have been added alongside this simplification initiative. In other words, there has been no change in the existing visa eligibility criteria.

This change has been implemented as part of the Indian High Commission's ongoing efforts to streamline visa-related procedures and reduce the suffering of Bangladeshi applicants.
