Motorcyclist Killed in Truck Collision in Chittagong’s Dhaniwala Para
The accident site near Dhaniwala Para on DT Road in Chittagong, where a motorcyclist lost his life in a truck collision on Wednesday night.

A 35-year-old motorcyclist named Masum was killed after being struck by an out-of-control truck in the Dhaniwala Para area under Double Mooring Police Station in Chittagong city.

The tragic road accident occurred around 11:00 PM on Wednesday (October 7, 2026) at the mouth of Dhaniwala Para road on DT Road. According to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) Police Outpost sources, the collision took place when the truck driver lost control of the vehicle and rammed into Masum's motorcycle, leaving him critically injured. Passersby and emergency personnel rushed him to CMCH, where attending physicians declared him dead upon arrival. The deceased, son of the late Ramzan Ali, was a resident of Mogbul Manzil in the Dhaniwala Para area along DT Road. Sub-Inspector Nurul Alam Ashek, in-charge of the CMCH Police Outpost, confirmed the casualty and stated that the body has been kept in the hospital morgue for necessary legal procedures.
