The bilateral meeting took place at the Prime Minister's Office in the Bangladesh Secretariat on Monday (September 28, 2026). During the discussions, both sides focused on expanding bilateral trade and investment, increasing employment opportunities for skilled Bangladeshi manpower in the UAE, and strengthening strategic cooperation across key sectors including energy, infrastructure, aviation, information technology, railways, and logistics. State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humayun Kabir and Investment Bangladesh Authority Chairman Ashik Chowdhury were present during the meeting, alongside senior diplomatic officials from the UAE Embassy.
