Day-Long Free Medical Camp Held in Faridpur Under the Initiative of Nayab Yusuf

A day-long free medical camp was inaugurated under the overall guidance of Chowdhury Nayab Yusuf, Assistant Organizing Secretary of the Central Committee of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and Member of Parliament for Faridpur-3 (Sadar) constituency, with the objective of ensuring healthcare services for the general and helpless people of Faridpur. The camp was organized on Saturday (September 12) morning on the premises of Halima Girls' School and College in Faridpur municipality. Chowdhury Nayab Yusuf was present as the chief guest, observing the overall operations of this welfare program and delivering directive remarks.

The camp was formally inaugurated by Md. Afzal Hossain Khan Palash, Administrator of Faridpur District Council. In his speech as the chief guest, Member of Parliament Chowdhury Nayab Yusuf stated, "Ensuring quality healthcare at the doorstep of grassroots and helpless people is one of our primary goals. We are committed to ensuring that no person is deprived of medical treatment due to financial constraints." He further assured that such initiatives in public welfare and service to ordinary people will continue on an even larger scale in the future.

During the day-long medical camp, an expert team including experienced physicians from Faridpur Medical College Hospital provided free health check-ups, medical consultations, and necessary treatments to several hundred patients from various professions and classes. Special guests and attendees included Dr. Mostafizur Rahman Shamim, President of Faridpur DAB; eminent educator Professor M. A. Sattar; Benazir Ahmed Tabriz, President of Metropolitan Jubo Dal; General Secretary Rezanur Biswas Tarun; along with top-tier district and metropolitan leaders of the BNP and its affiliated organizations.
