
The government has issued a massive administrative reshuffle, transferring 99 lower court judges across various districts in the country. The order was officially announced through a notification issued by the Ministry of Law, Justice, and Parliamentary Affairs on Thursday (September 17).
According to judicial sources, the transferred officials include District and Sessions Judges, Additional District and Sessions Judges, and Joint District and Sessions Judges. The decision has been implemented as part of routine administrative transfers and to ensure dynamism, accountability, and the smooth delivery of judicial services across the subordinate judiciary nationwide.
