The newly announced president of the school's managing committee stated that their committee was recently formed and they are unaware of the matter.
When journalists attempted to speak with headmaster Md. Mostafizur Rahman regarding the allegations, he declined to answer any questions. Meanwhile, locals have demanded a thorough and fair investigation, urging necessary administrative action and the immediate transfer of the accused headmaster from the institution. An assistant education officer at the Betagi Upazila Primary Education Office stated that they have heard about the issue from locals and students, noting that some partial truth has been found and action will be taken according to regulations.
