As part of the central program of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), a protest rally and brief gathering were held in Pabna to protest against attempts to destabilize the country through planned terrorism. Organized jointly by the Pabna District, Sadar Upazila, and Pourashava units of the BNP, the program took place on Thursday afternoon. The protest procession started from the district BNP central office, marched through the main roads of the town, and concluded with a brief rally at Ghora Stand. Presided over by Pabna District BNP Convener Habibur Rahman Habib, the rally was addressed by Pabna Sadar Constituency Member of Parliament Shamsur Rahman Shimul Biswas as the chief guest. The event was conducted by District BNP Member Secretary Maksudur Rahman Masud Khandaker, with various leaders and activists from the district BNP and its affiliated organizations in attendance.
