Md. Anwar Hossain Fazal has been serving as the Chairman of No. 11 Gohalakanda Union Parishad in Purbadhala Upazila, Netrokona. Since taking office in 2022, he has been successfully managing regular administrative activities, local citizen services, and various government development programs in the geographically and socially vital Shyamganj region. He has been ensuring essential public services such as birth registration, citizen certificates, village courts, and social safety net programs reach local residents efficiently. Expressing his commitment, Anwar Hossain Fazal noted that his father also served as the union chairman, and having been given the opportunity by the local community to serve, he wishes to stand by the people of the union for the rest of his life.
