National Youth Day was observed with due enthusiasm and various programs in Parbatipur, Dinajpur, on Sunday (November 1). To mark the occasion, a colorful rally and a discussion meeting were organized.
The discussion meeting was held at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the Upazila Parishad, with Upazila Nirbahi Officer Arafat Aman Aziz presiding over the session.
