Bir Freedom Fighter Abdul Jabbar Pramanik (70), President of Bangladesh Jasad's Parbatipur upazila branch in Dinajpur, passed away on Thursday around 12:30 PM (Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un). Having participated in the glorious Liberation War of 1971, Abdul Jabbar Pramanik was an active organizer of Jasad in the post-independence era.
Until his death, he served as a dedicated leader of Bangladesh Jasad under the leadership of Sharif Nurul Ambia and Nazmul Haque Prodhan. Meanwhile, the central committee as well as the upazila branch of Jasad have expressed deep shock and condolences to the grieving family of the deceased.
