A protest procession was organized by Tejgaon Thana Chhatra Dal on Friday (September 18, 2026) to protest and resist the alleged covert activities of the banned organization Chhatra League and the Awami League.
The procession started from the Farmgate area, marched through Kazipara and Karwan Bazar, and concluded in front of Government Science College.
The procession was led by Tejgaon Thana Chhatra Dal President Md. Aktar Hossain Faraji.
Notable attendees included Dhaka Metropolitan North Chhatra Dal Joint General Secretary Sajjad Hossain Jitu, Assistant Organizing Secretaries Md. Salahuddin Ahmed and Monir Hossain Patwary, and Assistant Social Welfare Secretary Md. Ibrahim Raj.
Additionally, leaders from various local units participated, including Mahbubur Rahman Foyel, Mahfuzur Rahman, and Emdad Hossain from Ward No. 25 Chhatra Dal; Md. Al Amin Munshi and Md. Mainuddin Howlader from Ward No. 26 Chhatra Dal; and Madinatul Uloom Model Kamil Madrasa Chhatra Dal leader Sharful Islam.
Other Tejgaon Thana Chhatra Dal leaders and activists, including Rabiul Alam Majumder, Engineer Md. Fahad Hossain, Nure Alam Sajib, Md. Mubarak Hossain, and Musaib Hasan Sayeed, also took part in the demonstration.
Speaking at the conclusion of the rally, Tejgaon Thana Chhatra Dal President Md. Aktar Hossain Faraji stated, "Tejgaon Thana Chhatra Dal will remain active on the streets to counter all conspiracies against the country orchestrated by the banned organization Chhatra League and the Awami League."
