A learning dissemination workshop of the Sushil Project was held in Gaibandha on Thursday (September 24) at SKS Inn, Gaibandha. Organized by ActionAid Bangladesh with the support of the European Union under the Sushil Project, the workshop was attended by representatives from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), partner institutions, and ActionAid Bangladesh. Moumita Biswas, Project Manager of ActionAid Bangladesh, and Ashraful Alam, Coordinator—Public Relations and Networking of SKS Foundation, were present at the event. The workshop highlighted and reviewed project achievements, implementation experiences, positive changes, good practices, and challenges. Participants shared experiences and put forward practical recommendations to make future activities more effective and fruitful.
The learning capture session of the workshop was conducted using the H-Method by Rabiul Hasan, Officer—Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) at ActionAid Bangladesh. The entire workshop was facilitated by Moumita Biswas, who also discussed the sustainability plan, assisted by ActionAid Bangladesh Fellow Shafayet Hossain. The discussions placed special emphasis on sustaining project achievements, determining effective strategies, and strengthening the joint commitment of stakeholders. The workshop was organized as part of ongoing efforts to build a stronger, more inclusive, and sustainable civil society in Bangladesh.
