Prime Minister and BNP Chairman Tariq Rahman has issued a stern warning against internal and external conspirators plotting against Bangladesh, stating that the nation will deliver a fitting and decisive response echoing the historical resistance of November 7, 1975.
Addressing a massive crowd at Naya Paltan on Saturday afternoon, November 7, 2026, prior to flagging off BNP's official 'Sovereignty Rally' (Sarbabhaumatwa Shobhajatra), PM Rahman declared that the Bangladeshi people can never be suppressed by conspiracy. Reminding the audience of key historical turning points—1971 Liberation War, the November 7, 1975 Uprising, the 1990 anti-autocracy movement, and the democratic victory of August 5, 2024—he pledged that his administration and the public would resolutely defend the country's independence, national sovereignty, and democratic rights.
