BNP Marks 48th Founding Anniversary in Betagi
A colorful rally and discussion meeting were held in Betagi, Barguna, to mark the 48th founding anniversary of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
To observe the day, leaders and activists of the BNP and its associate organizations from various unions across the upazila gathered and brought out a colorful procession. Participants took part in the rally carrying party banners, festoons, and chanting slogans. Later, during the discussion meeting, speakers delved into the significance of the party's founding anniversary and discussed various organizational matters.
Presided over by Md. Shahjahan Kabir, the discussion meeting was attended by BNP leaders and activists from different unions across Betagi Upazila.
Speakers highlighted the history of the BNP's founding, its long struggle and movements, and its contribution to democratic politics in Bangladesh. They also emphasized the need to keep the party well-organized and united.
