Ambassador of China to Bangladesh Yao Wen paid a courtesy call on the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Secretary General and Standing Committee Member Ruhul Kabir Rizvi on Tuesday.

The meeting took place at 11:00 AM at the BNP Chairperson's political office in Gulshan.

During the interaction, the Chinese Ambassador greeted the BNP Acting Secretary General with a floral bouquet. Both figures engaged in cordial discussions regarding various bilateral issues, focusing on further strengthening political ties and long-standing friendly relations between China and Bangladesh.

Ambassador Yao Wen expressed confidence that the ongoing development partnerships and collaborative projects between the two nations would gain further momentum in the coming days.

Also present at the meeting were Liu Yuin, Deputy Chief of Mission at the Chinese Embassy; Ling Xuan, Political Attaché; along with Kazi Nazrul Islam, Private Secretary to the Prime Minister's Political Adviser, and Assistant Private Secretary Zahedul Alam.
