The 2nd annual grand Tafsirul Quran Mahfil was held in Saghata upazila of Gaibandha, praying for the salvation of the departed souls of all deceased Muslims. The religious gathering was organized by local residents at the Banbari field premises, located west of the Bonpara No. 1 railway gate. Alhaj Md. Enamul Saidarul Islam Sarkar presided over the mahfil, which was attended by devout local Muslims, people from various professions, and prominent community figures. Abdullah Shaheen Mondal, Chairman of Fresh Bazar and CEO of Inter TV, graced the event as the chief guest, alongside special guests representing various local sectors. Discussions during the mahfil focused on faith, righteous deeds, morality, the correct path in human life, and various aspects of the afterlife in light of the Holy Quran and Hadith. Special supplications and prayers were also offered seeking the eternal peace of the departed souls of all deceased Muslims. The mahfil generated profound enthusiasm among the local devout populace. The organizers expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the residents for their overall cooperation in ensuring the peaceful and successful conclusion of the event.
