Workers from several apparel units gathered in the Mirpur-14 area and attempted to march toward the high-traffic Mirpur-10 roundabout. However, police personnel deployed along the route intercepted the marchers and chased them away, forcing the workers to retreat into their respective factory premises. Simultaneously, another group of workers attempting to assemble near Mirpur-10 was also dispersed by law enforcement officers. Mirpur Model Police Station Duty Officer Rozina Khatun confirmed that the situation was brought under control quickly without further escalating into violence.
