The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted rain or thundershowers in parts of the Khulna and Barishal divisions over the next 24 hours, while day and night temperatures across the country are expected to remain nearly unchanged. Meteorologist Afroza Sultana issued the 48-hour weather outlook starting from 9:00 AM on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

According to the bulletin, while Khulna and Barishal may experience isolated showers, the rest of Bangladesh will see temporary partly cloudy skies with predominantly dry weather. By Wednesday morning, dry conditions are projected to prevail across the entire country, accompanied by a slight drop in daytime temperatures.

Currently positioned over land in southern Andhra Pradesh, the storm is moving further northwest and progressively weakening. Over the past 24 hours, light rainfall was recorded in Satkhira, with the country's maximum temperature recorded at 35.2°C in Sandwip and the minimum at 19.7°C in Tetulia.
